04. Published And Quoted Prices
All charges and transactions are in Euros excluding VAT. For all foreign visitors to our website, actual charges from your credit card provider may vary slightly due to fluctuations in the international currency exchange rates. Animography reserves the right to amend or modify their prices or discounts without prior notice. Animography will not be responsible for any typographic errors or omissions, under any circumstances. European visitors will be charged their local VAT rate, unless they supply a valid VAT number for VAT exemption.
05. Cancelations Or Returns
No returns on downloaded or emailed fonts or software. Due to the nature of online font or software sales, the customer shall not be entitled to cancel any order which has been accepted by Animography. At the time of downloading the font or software, the font or software shall be deemed to have been opened and therefore accepted as non-returnable goods.
Animography uses its best efforts to ensure the products are error free. If you encounter technical default anyway, please contact us (email@example.com) within 7 days of the receipt to receive a replacement.

After Effects and Illustrator are registrated trademarks of Adobe.
All goods are supplied on the understanding that all copyright and license(s) applied to the goods are upheld and maintained by the purchaser. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the license(s) are kept up to date where applicable.
Any and all disputes arising from, or in connection with these terms are exclusively subject to the law of The Neterlands. The rights and obligations of the parties arising from this contract are based on Dutch law, even in the event that the exertion or breach of contractual rights takes place in a foreign country. Place of jurisdiction is Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
